What you'll do
- Lead production lines and crews, manage schedules and resources, and deliver safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methods and monitor operational KPIs to improve workflow and resolve production constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and develop manufacturing instructions, safety procedures, and project assembly plans.
