Supervise production crews and manage manufacturing projects for modular data centers and power distribution centers across five assembly lines.
What you'll do
- Manage project performance, production schedules, resources, and operational reporting across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- Lead and develop production personnel while driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and vendors to support manufacturing execution and project accountability.
