What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and evaluate Category Managers; prioritize team resources across categories.
- Maintain a portfolio-wide supply risk register and standardize sourcing playbooks, supplier scorecards, and negotiation governance.
- Consolidate category strategies, savings metrics, and supply constraints for executive reporting and monthly S&OP reconciliations.
