Provides senior technical leadership for Crusoe Cloud support, resolving critical incidents and improving reliability of large-scale AI infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead escalations and cross-functional root-cause investigations for complex P1/P0 incidents; deliver customer-facing RCAs.
- Design reliability improvements and influence Kubernetes architecture, workload orchestration, and AI/ML cluster stability.
- Troubleshoot and tune AI/ML workloads, mentor engineers, and establish support standards.
