Staff Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver multi-quarter releases, govern dependencies, and provide executive updates.
• Coordinate model rollouts, inference optimization, GPU hardware SLA readiness, and multi-tenant capacity planning.
• Build execution frameworks and dashboards; manage onboarding readiness across firmware, drivers, and CUDA/ROCm validation.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments.
• Working familiarity with LLM inference and model serving, including batching, quantization, latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant systems and fine-tuning and alignment workflows.
• Ability to establish execution processes and influence engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders without direct authority; strong executive communication and active daily use of AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI inference or training platforms, or model onboarding across GPU generations.
• Experience mentoring junior TPMs or working with distributed teams; background at a Series D to Series F company or an AI-infrastructure team at a hyperscaler.
