Vice President, Product Management, Managed AI

What you'll do

• Set portfolio strategy and roadmap; lead and develop the product management team.
• Partner cross-functionally to define, launch, and scale products, and shape go-to-market, pricing, and partnerships.
• Own portfolio metrics, budgets, and resources; address risks and scaling challenges using customer, market, and production data.

What they ask for

• Track record building and scaling AI managed services from scratch.
• First-hand experience with AI managed services, including inference, tuning, reinforcement learning, agent sandboxes, observability, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends; experience launching technical products for AI-native, digital-native, and enterprise customers.
• Experience leading and mentoring product management teams; strategic, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product management.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a technical customer-facing team or operating an AI managed service from the customer or user side; engineering background.
• Experience with open model ecosystems and enterprise fine-tuning and inference optimization workflows; familiarity with Agile and Lean product management methodologies.

Pay

up to $345,000 – $385,000 USD base salary + Bonus; Restricted Stock Units included in all offers (amount not stated)
