About the job
Leads a manufacturing wiring team, coordinating production, safety, quality, training, and hands-on electrical assembly work.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily schedules, priorities, staffing coverage, material needs, and production updates.
- Oversee safety and quality; train and coach team members and improve performance.
- Perform wiring and assembly, interpret drawings, and install and terminate cables and field devices.
