What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including project scope, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.
- Configure Cube solutions and advise customers on aligning requirements with the platform.
- Coordinate customer handover to Customer Success Engineering with documentation and training materials.
