Builds and operates internal tools, workflows, and data infrastructure that help SpaceXSI scale its global community programs.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain tooling and infrastructure for ambassador, student, and new community programs; automate processes and integrate platforms.
- Manage program operations, including applications, onboarding, member support, reimbursements, logistics, vendors, and events.
- Build community reporting infrastructure and dashboards with Revenue Operations, and serve as an operational contact for ambassadors and internal partners.
