Own strategic customer engagements from executive discovery and project scoping through technical delivery, adoption, and handoff, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
What you'll do
- Scope time-boxed, technically feasible projects with executive sponsors, defining deliverables and ROI.
- Partner with FDEs on configuration, workflows, integrations, enablement, and adoption; adjust scope as constraints emerge.
- Own executive relationships, translate business outcomes and technical implementation, and relay product gaps to Product and Engineering.
