Own strategic customer engagements from discovery and scoping through technical delivery, executive communication, and adoption of AI workflows.
What you'll do
- Scope feasible, time-boxed projects with executive sponsors and translate business problems into deliverables with clear ROI.
- Partner with FDEs on technical builds, including hands-on configuration, workflows, integrations, and platform tooling; drive enablement and adoption.
- Own executive relationships, manage scope and delivery outcomes, and relay product gaps and recurring customer needs to Product and Engineering.
