Leads and scales a regional Forward Deployed Engineering team, delivering production-grade Cursor workflows for strategic enterprise customers and building a partner FDE program.
What you'll do
- Lead customer engagements from technical discovery and scoping through delivery, executive relationships, and handoff.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of 6–8 Forward Deployed Engineers; maintain delivery quality and develop reusable playbooks.
- Build and enable the partner FDE track for GSI and consulting partners.
