Build the operating foundation for technical pre- and post-sales teams, shaping staffing, investment, and operational models to help the business scale.
What you'll do
- Build headcount, capacity, and customer coverage models; create reporting and pipeline visibility to guide decisions and staffing.
- Support leadership planning and operating cadence, and drive operational action plans and strategies.
- Design compensation models and establish utilization tracking; partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Accounting on service scoping, pricing, contracts, and revenue recognition.
