Ecosystem Manager, AI Materials Foundry

What you'll do

• Design and run global member engagement strategies and events, and build partner collaboration frameworks.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and APAC, coordinating timelines with CuspAI teams.
• Channel partner feedback into platform development priorities and help showcase partner success stories.

What they ask for

• Proven experience in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building, with executive-level stakeholder relationship experience.
• Experience independently managing events and conferences end to end, including initiatives alongside or for Fortune 100 companies.
• Extensive cross-cultural experience building trust with senior international stakeholders; experience hosting, moderating, and organizing technical webinars and in-person events.
• Foundational understanding of or proximity to the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development; explicit interest in AI for materials science.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in another language relevant to the global hubs, such as Japanese, Korean, or German.
• Experience in a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or electronics materials supplier; academic background or deep literacy in materials science, physics, chemistry, or electrical engineering; or ecosystem programs with major hardware technology companies.
