About the job
Build and manage CuspAI’s global AI Materials Foundry partner community to support adoption of its platform and bring partner input into product development.
What you'll do
- Design and run global member engagement strategies and events, and build partner collaboration frameworks.
- Coordinate day-to-day relationships and projects with stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
- Align partner activities with company roadmaps and channel partner feedback to AI, computational chemistry, and product teams.

- Proven experience in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building, with executive-level relationship skills.
- Experience independently managing events and conferences end to end, including initiatives alongside or for Fortune 100 companies.
- Extensive cross-cultural experience building trust with senior international stakeholders.
- Experience hosting, moderating, and organizing virtual and in-person events for technical audiences; foundational understanding of semiconductors, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials.
Nice to have
