Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing prescriptions, caring for patients, immunizing, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and clinical services, and resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription safety and inventory practices.
- Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and support pharmacy performance.
