Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions at clinics within 50 miles of Columbia, SC.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NP: Active, unrestricted FNP license and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC); active, unrestricted state APRN license.
- PA: Current NCCPA certification and active, unrestricted state PA/Physician Associate license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex; physical presence at assigned clinic and ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.

Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
