Provides clinic-based primary and family care at the Lexington, SC clinic, including in-person care and virtual visits when clinic volume permits.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and screenings.
- Deliver in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, coordinate care, and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NP: active, unrestricted FNP license and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC); PA: active, unrestricted PA license (or eligibility upon hire) and current NCCPA certification.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs; physical presence at the assigned clinic is required.

Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
