About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, with virtual visits when onsite patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Deliver evidence-based in-person and virtual care, including preventive counseling, testing, treatment, and chronic disease management.
- Coordinate care and follow up with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

$66.50-77.50/hr USD base hourly pay for this position and location; $46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary range for the job grade
