Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, across CVS Health clinics in Central and South Houston.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide testing, preventive counseling, and injury and illness care.
- Deliver wellness services, chronic disease management, screenings, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Active, unrestricted applicable state APRN/FNP or PA license; PAs may be eligible to obtain upon hire.

Pay
$66.50-77.50/hr (hourly pay rate); $46.03 - $99.14 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
