Provides clinic-based primary and family care across assigned Connecticut clinics, including in-person visits and virtual care when clinic volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care, testing, counseling, and care coordination.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, supporting wellness services, chronic disease management, and screenings.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

Pay
