Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnostics, treatment, prevention, and care coordination.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN/FNP license; PAs: accredited PA program, applicable degree, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
