Advanced Practice Provider NP/PA

What you'll do

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and injury care.
• Deliver in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings; coordinate care.
• Manage clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

What they ask for

• NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN license; or PAs: specified master’s-level education, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to provide evidence-based care and counseling; physical presence at the assigned clinic is required.

Nice to have

• NP: one year of experience preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered. PA: two years of experience preferred; qualified candidates may be considered.
• EPIC experience, MinuteClinic precepting rotation (for providers with less than one year of experience), and virtual-care assessment or digital health experience.

Pay

$37.66 - $81.11 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary; ISO currency code not stated)
