Provides clinic-based primary and family care to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, with virtual visits from the clinic as patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Deliver evidence-based in-person and virtual care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, vaccinations and injections, screenings, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NPs: active, unrestricted FNP license, current national board certification (AANP or ANCC), and active BLS certification. PAs: active, unrestricted state PA license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire), current NCCPA certification, and active BLS certification.
- PAs: 2 years of PA experience required. For NPs, one year of experience is preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; pass a respirator FIT test.

Pay
