About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- NP: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN/FNP license; or PA: ARC-PA-accredited program, required degree based on program matriculation date, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Pass a respirator FIT test and be physically present at the assigned clinic.

Pay
$60-70/hr (base hourly rate); $41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
