Provides in-person primary and family care, with clinic-based virtual visits as patient volume allows, and handles related clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care, testing, counseling, and care coordination.
- Deliver in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, including wellness services, chronic disease management, and screenings.
- Manage clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
What they ask for
- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted FNP/APRN licensure; PAs: ARC-PA-accredited program, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted PA licensure or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs; both SC and NC licensure are required for this position.

- Virtual-care assessment and decision-making experience, familiarity with digital health tools, or a prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if provider experience is under one year).
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
