Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, injury and illness treatment, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- NPs: Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC national board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN license; or PAs: specified master’s-level education, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care and counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices; physical presence at assigned clinic and ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure as business needs require.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
