About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide testing, preventive counseling, and injury and illness treatment.
- Deliver wellness services, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN/FNP license; PAs: ARC-PA-accredited program, required degree based on program matriculation date, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
