Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and screenings.
- Deliver in-person and virtual care, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Complete clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
