Provides in-person primary and family care at a Rock Hill, SC clinic, with virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, injury and illness treatment, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- NP: active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC); master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- PA: current NCCPA certification and active, unrestricted state PA/Physician Associate license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire; required PA-related master’s degree pathway.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
