Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and care coordination.
- Deliver in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN/FNP license; PAs: specified master’s-level education, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain it.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Provide holistic, evidence-based care, including counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices; obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Virtual-care assessment and decision-making experience, or familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 (USD, base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
