Monitors store activity, supports customers, and reports theft and operational vulnerabilities to reduce external theft and protect CVS assets.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service, including opening and securing protected shelves and showcases.
- Monitor store activity and high-risk products; report suspected theft to store management without apprehending suspected shoplifters.
- Prepare and review external theft reports in Auror, share intelligence, and monitor compliance with asset-protection programs.
