Monitors store activity to prevent external theft, improve the customer experience, report incidents, and address asset-protection vulnerabilities.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service and unlock or secure protected products as needed.
- Monitor stores for theft, inspect high-risk products, and ensure use of approved protection equipment and programs.
- Prepare external theft reports in Auror and share intelligence and findings with asset-protection and store leaders.
