What you'll do
- Provide customer service, including unlocking and securing protected products as requested.
- Monitor store activity and high-risk products; report suspected theft and operational vulnerabilities without apprehending suspected shoplifters.
- Prepare theft reports in Auror and share intelligence on repeat offenders with stakeholders.
