About the job
Improves the retail customer experience and reduces external theft by monitoring store activity, providing customer service, and reporting theft and security vulnerabilities.
What you'll do
- Assist customers, including unlocking and securing protected products and showcases.
- Monitor store activity and high-risk products; report suspected theft to store management without apprehending suspected shoplifters.
- Prepare theft reports in Auror, share repeat-offender intelligence, and monitor compliance with asset-protection programs.

- Physical ability to stand and move through the store for most of the work time and perform related tasks such as stooping, reaching, and applying security tags.
- Strong observational and recall skills, including ability to see and hear well enough to perform observation duties.
