Provides customer service while monitoring store activity, reporting external theft, and addressing asset-protection vulnerabilities without apprehending suspected shoplifters.
What you'll do
- Assist customers, including unlocking and securing protected products, while monitoring store activity for theft.
- Prepare theft reports in Auror and share intelligence about repeat offenders with stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with asset-protection programs and report or address vulnerabilities within the role.
