Provides customer service while monitoring a CVS store to deter external theft, report incidents, and address asset-protection vulnerabilities.
What you'll do
- Assist customers and unlock or secure protected products to reduce theft and customer friction.
- Monitor store activity and high-risk products; report suspected theft to store management without apprehending suspected shoplifters.
- Prepare external theft reports in Auror, share offender intelligence, and monitor compliance with asset-protection programs.
