About the job
Provides legal support to CVS Health’s PBM client contracting team, including negotiating agreements, advising on legal and regulatory issues, and supporting client relationships and business proposals.
What you'll do
- Negotiate non-disclosure agreements and support negotiation of pharmacy benefit services contracts, including drafting and negotiating PBM contracts.
- Research and advise attorneys and business colleagues on developing legal and regulatory issues affecting the PBM industry.
- Collaborate across Legal and business departments, potentially supporting client relationships and proposals for new business.

- Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
