What you'll do

• Coordinate team assignments, guide staff on policies and compliance, and communicate across the organization.
• Develop processes for accurate prescription and payer information entry; assess results and recommend improvements.
• Manage budgets, staffing, payroll costs, performance appraisals, and workforce plans.
