Associate Vice President, Adjudication Services

What you'll do

• Set an aligned technology strategy and roadmap across Commercial, Government, and Strategic portfolios; modernize the platform toward cloud-native, microservices-based architecture.
• Own claims platform reliability, performance, accuracy, security, compliance, and operational resilience while driving AI, automation, API strategy, and interoperability.
• Lead a 500+ person organization and a $60M+ portfolio, managing investment, delivery, business partnerships, and leadership development.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, software engineering, application delivery, or platform leadership, including large organizations and enterprise portfolios with $50M+ accountability.
• Track record leading technology and business transformation in large, matrixed, highly regulated environments and owning mission-critical platforms.
• Experience with core-platform transformation involving AI, cloud technologies, service-based or microservices architectures, enterprise integration, API strategy, and interoperability.
• Strong financial and portfolio management, stakeholder influence, organizational change, and leadership-team development skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, health care claims processing, prescription claims adjudication, or NCPDP standards.
• Experience applying AI, automation, modern software delivery, and observability practices; advanced degree is also preferred.

Pay

$185,400.00 - $375,950.00 USD base annual full-time salary
