Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers while maintaining the beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, and trends; upsell and build customer relationships.
- Maintain clean, stocked, compliant displays and execute promotions, events, and sanitation procedures.
- Complete required training and work toward sales budgets and goals.
