Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area while meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain beauty displays, product stock, cleanliness, tester sanitation, and compliance with safety and hygiene procedures.
- Complete training, participate in promotions and events, and meet and track sales goals.
