Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service in CVS stores, while maintaining the beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, and trends; use personalized selling, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, stocked, hygienic beauty zone; follow tester sanitation and hazardous-waste policies.
- Complete training, participate in sales programs, and track progress toward sales budgets.
