Provides personalized beauty sales advice, product education, and customer service while maintaining the store’s beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers with personalized recommendations, product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain beauty displays and a clean, stocked, well-merchandised zone while following sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Meet sales budgets and participate in onboarding, ongoing training, and promotional programs.
