Provides personalized beauty sales advice, product education, and customer service while maintaining the store’s beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain stocked, clean, compliant beauty displays and follow tester sanitation, hazardous waste, and tool-cleansing policies.
- Complete training and sales programs, track progress toward sales budgets, and participate in promotions and events.
