Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build customer relationships and sales.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, tester sanitation, and compliance with hygiene and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete training and sales activities, track progress toward sales budgets, and participate in promotions and events.
