Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, maintains the beauty area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers with needs-based product advice, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain beauty displays, stock, cleanliness, tester sanitation, and compliance with hygiene and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete training and participate in sales programs while tracking and meeting sales budgets.
