What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product use, and use personalized selling, upselling, and follow-up to build sales and customer relationships.
- Maintain beauty displays and a clean, stocked, hygienic sales area; follow tester sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete sales training and track progress toward sales budgets and goals.
