Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, maintains the beauty area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers with tailored product recommendations, product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and safety procedures.
- Complete sales training and meet sales budgets while participating in promotions and events.
