Provides beauty product advice and personalized sales service, builds customer relationships, maintains the beauty sales area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, trends, promotions, and personalized recommendations; use upselling and follow-up to support sales.
- Maintain clean, stocked, merchandised displays and comply with tester sanitation, waste disposal, and tool-cleaning policies.
- Complete training, participate in sales programs, and track progress toward sales budgets and goals.
